| Details for: M-Audio (Midiman) Trigger Finger | Status |
| ( USB Midi Controller with 16 drum pads, 4 Faders and 8 knobs ) | ( Category: Audio ) |
|
| ID | 0x0763:0x0117 |
| Driver | snd-usb-audio
|
| Linux-USB link | http://www.alsa-project.org |
| Vendor link | http://www.m-audio.com |
| Comment | Fully supported midi device, editing the settings however needs to be done on the hardware itself, as M-Audio's configuration software Enigma (of course) is only available for Win/Mac. Maybe someone could do a reverse engineering of the protocol? I have no idea if it is configured through Midi or USB. |

I am confused is the trigger finger a drum machine like a mpc or is it just a controller like the oxygen? Also, is there a linux driver for the trigger finger?
Lastly, are you saying that there is NO software in linux that we could run this thing on and the only solution is to reverse engineer the app?
If that thing is only a fancy controller then.. I wouldn't waste my time.
BUT if we could get ReBorn running that or Hydrogen then that would be a GO! |
