CommentThis device requires a firmware download to work. The GPL'd firmware from Lars Doelle is included with Nagano Daisuke's driver package.

2006-01-28 06:28:33 On updating from kernel 2.6.11 to 2.6.13, the job of firmware loading has moved from hotplug to udev. This means you need to create a udev rules file to do the firmware loading.

2005-03-26 14:33:35 I have this working nicely in SuSE 9.1 (2.6.3 kernel). However it only works if you hotplug it after boot.
